Anonymous asked: are you planning to go see 'the beatles: the lost concert' film?

Errrm… not sure what that is. And why do you have to be anon to ask? Hahahaha

Birthday Wishes

So today is my birthday, and all I can think about is being back in California. I want to go back more than anything. All I’ve been listening to for the past hour is Best Coast and Wavves.

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with wanting to be in a place where it’s almost always sunny, the air is perfect, and the people are amazing.

Take me back, LA.

I will always see myself in Ken Jeong.

Also, I think it’s really bad-ass that he’s also a physician.

I want these as giant, high-quality posters in my room.

LA Roadtrip (Part 2)

So we’ve been in LA since last night. It’s cold and rainy, but we’ve definitely been having a great time.

Last night, we walked around on Hollywood Blvd. for about an hour or two just exploring. The culture here is unlike anywhere else. There is literally always something happening for every type of person.

Today we just did more exploring. Took a stroll back down Hollywood Blvd. to Coffee Bean first thing in the morning for some coffee and took off for the beach. It was still cold, rainy, and wet, so we drove around Beverly Hills looking at things we wished we were rich enough to buy/own. Finally we decided to come back to the hotel and figure out what we wanted to do with our night. We ended up heading two blocks down to Amoeba Records to check out their massive music collection. I didn’t have enough money to buy every thing I wanted, but I guess that just means I’ll have to come back!

Tomorrow, we’re headed to Phoenix for Ryan’s orientation and more adventures! Pretty stoked.

Just demolished some In-N-Out… IN LAS VEGAS!

LA Roadtrip (Part 1)

So I’m helping my best friend/roommate, Ryan move to Phoenix. We decided to make the most of the roadtrip by going through Denver, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, then end in Phoenix. Our friend Gus is with us, making it an official bro-trip.

We just made our first big stop (other than refueling) in Denver at 3:00 AM mountain time. Got here in about 10 hours, so we’re making excellent time! It’s already turning out to be so awesome. Mountains everywhere, plenty of jams, and caffeine-inspired bullshit conversation.

Can’t wait to post some pictures and maybe something a bit more interesting the further we go. But for now, it’s time to switch drivers and catch some shut-eye in the back seat!
